COVID-19

UPDATED 29th JUNE 2021 (4-DAY LOCKDOWN)

As you know, Perth & Peel regions are currently in a four-day lockdown. Having said that, Waddington Primary School is open to all students. If parents choose to send their children to school, they will be taken care of in classrooms, although some classes may combined at times, due to lower numbers this week. If parents choose to keep their children at home, their absence will be marked as a 'reasonable absence'.

Parents continue to be welcome on site at drop off and pick up times, however are required to wear masks inside and outside, as per the current guidelines. Parents are asked to avoid going into classrooms where possible, unless invited in by a staff member. We have cancelled all non-essential meetings and visitors to the school.

We continue to have a day-cleaner at school, who is consistently cleaning high-touch surfaces throughout the school. This will be in place until the end of this term at this stage.

As has always been the case, if your child is unwell, we ask that you keep them at home until they are no longer presenting any symptoms.

If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact the us to discuss.
